Roman Gonzalez stops Rocky Fuentes in six

Roman Gonzalez (41-0-0, 35 KO's) of Nicaragua successfully defended his WBC flyweight title. He stopped Filipino contender Rocky Fuentes (35-8-2, 20 KO's) in Round 6 in Japan.

Rocky Fuentes went down early in Round 6 by a big right hand to the jaw. Although Fuentes was able to beat the count and continued the fight, but the barrage of punches from ranked number 3 pound-for-pound by TBRB opted the referee to stop the fight.
