Las Vega Nevada – Floyd Mayweather Jr. retains undefeated record dominates Manny Pacquiao in their welterweight unification bout on Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Mayweather (48-0, 26 KO’s) dominated and controlled most of the rounds landing telling pot shots. His vaunted defense limited Pacquiao’s offensive arsenal. Floyd won on judges scorecards on scores of 118-110, 116-112 and 116-112.
“He’s a tough competitor” says Mayweather.
“Yes I’ll fight in again September”, continued Mayweather when ask about his next move.
“I thought I won the won the fight”, says Pacquiao. “He’s doing nothing around the ring” continued Pacquaio.
“Bob [Arum] will take care…” says Pacquiao when ask about what’s next for him.
Although Mayweather assured that he will be fighting again in May, but there’s no mention of a rematch. I believed there’s no point of rematch. Mayweather is simply just too good against the Pacman.
